About these terms

These terms explain how you use Fair Go Casino and what you and we can expect from each other. They cover your account, identity checks, promotions, payments and complaints. When you register or play, you accept them, so read them before you start.

Our licence

Fair Go Casino is our trade name. Our players are protected by a licence from the Curacao Gaming Authority, and our transactions use 128-bit SSL encryption. Using our casino or its materials does not give you any rights to our intellectual property.

Who can play

Your account

Each player may hold only one real account. We close any extra accounts, and opening several voids winnings and cancels withdrawals. Keep your details up to date and your password private. Choose a username that is not offensive, otherwise we may act on it, up to closing the account.

Verification

We check that the details on your account are yours. When you ask for a payout, upload clear colour copies of a government photo ID and a recent proof of address. We can ask for more documents at any time, for example card copies, an eWallet screenshot or proof of where your funds come from. If your photo ID expires, send us an updated one.

Bonuses

Promotions need a registered real-money account and are limited to one per person, household, email address, card and shared computer unless an offer says otherwise. Deposit bonus coupons carry wagering of 30 times the deposit plus the bonus unless stated otherwise. Free bonuses need at least 60 times wagering on pokies. While a bonus is active the maximum bet is £10, and larger bets void bonus winnings. We may refuse or cancel bonuses where we see abuse.

Deposits and withdrawals

Before a payout, wager your deposit at least once. We usually pay back to the method you deposited with and only to accounts in your own name. Weekly and monthly withdrawal limits apply and vary by method and account history.

Complaints about a game result

Send us a complaint about a game outcome in writing within fourteen days. If the result on your screen differs from the result on our server, the server result counts.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on our website at the time you play is the one that applies.
